RANDOM thought of the day
We need more 'Next Level Managers' who acknowledge the needs of employees. Furthermore, I've always said that productivity is overrated. Fun is not. Most economists might not agree but just like many are finding out now that less can be more, slow can result in much more if the focus is maintained and the structure is good. And if/when the teamwork results in an outcome that changes peoples lives for the better our missions turn into successes, or something like that. Don't fade the fun.
